LM740 Bluetooth Audio Module for use with external Antenna is an integrated module which runs LM’s own tried and tested 5 Profile Stack, BT2.1 EDR or BT2.0 EDR CSR Firmware. Which covers HFP, A2DP, AVRCP, SPP, PBAP as standard. Handsfree 1.5 (HcuiFP1.5), A2DP, PBAP firmware available and AT Command and PIO firmware options upon request.
LM740 Bluetooth audio module Class 2 uses a CSR Bluecore 5 IC as a core and is coupled with a, Embedded Kalimba DSP Co-Processor and a Integrated 16 bit Stereo Audio CODEC 95dB SNR for DAC, Integrated Switched-Mode regulator and 8MB flash memory.
LM740 Bluetooth Audio Module will interface PCM, I2C, SPI and UART, and input making it compatible with most UART PCBA's. It is RoHs compliant and operates within -20°C to +70°C working temperature range and can be fitted with RF Shield upon request.
With a small foot print of just 16 mm x 15 mm x 2 mm this Bluetooth Audio Module fits into the smallest of spaces, LM offers free hardware design in and will certify this module to your PCBA for customers who exceed 2000 pieces per annum.
Ideally suited for use with a printed circuit antenna and Class 2 use or to be tracked for use with External Antenna applications this SMT Surface Mount Bluetooth Audio Module has a range of 20-40m range in open space.
