M3 Series
The Atmosic M3 Series solutions based on the Bluetooth® 5 standard and enhanced with our Lowest Power Radio and On-demand Wake Up to deliver 10 to 100 times lower power, as well as Controlled Energy Harvesting enables battery free operation. The M3 Series is suitable for wearables, personal and asset trackers, beacons, remotes, locationing devices, keyboards and mice. The M3 Series offers flash and non-flash options, as well as 5×5 QFN and 6×6 DRQFN packaging options.
The ATM3201/ATM3221 is part of a family of extreme low-power Bluetooth® 5 system-on-a-chip (SoC) solutions. This Bluetooth Low Energy SoC integrates a Bluetooth 5 radio with an ARM® Cortex® M0 processor, RF Energy Harvester, and state-of-the-art energy
management to enable “forever battery” and battery free operation in low-power devices. With its ability to harvest energy from multiple sources and manage energy storage, the ATM3 is a flexible SoC solution for wide range of products across consumer, commercial, and industrial Internet of Things (IoT) markets. The ATM3 series is available in a 40 pin QFN package (ATM3201) or 64 pin DR-QFN package (ATM3221) supporting additional I/O pins.
